How Remote Online Notarization Works

Contact me with the document type and where it will be used. Once eligibility is confirmed, you will receive instructions for securely providing the unsigned document.
2. Complete Identity Verification
Each signer must provide acceptable identification and complete the platform’s identity-verification process.
3. Join the Live Video Session
Using a device with a camera, microphone, and reliable internet connection, meet with me so I can verify identity, witness the signing, and complete the electronic notarization.
4. Receive the Notarized Document
After the session, the completed electronic document will be available through the secure platform.
