Loan Signings & Real Estate Closings
Certified signing-agent support for purchases, sales, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and other real estate transactions. I coordinate with the hiring title, escrow, or signing company and return completed documents promptly.
Professional document translations are coordinated through Idiomatic Language Services, an independent third-party provider offering more than 150 language combinations. Certification and notarization can be arranged when required.
Mobile notarization for powers of attorney, affidavits, sworn statements, healthcare documents, vehicle titles, parental forms, business records, and other documents permitted under Virginia law.
Assistance coordinating apostille or authentication requests for documents intended for use outside the United States. Apostilles are issued by the appropriate state or federal authority, not by the notary.
Eligible documents can be notarized through a secure live-video session with identity verification and electronic signing. Confirm that the receiving organization accepts remote online notarization before booking.
Mobile bedside notarization for alert and willing signers at hospitals and other care facilities. Identification, witnesses, document readiness, and the signer’s ability to communicate must be confirmed before travel.
I can serve as an employer’s authorized representative to inspect identification and complete the employer-designated portion of Form I-9. This service is separate from notarization.

In-Person Notarization
Up to $10 per notarial act
Remote Online Notarization
Up to $25 per electronic notarial act
Travel, platform, identity-verification, witness, and other separately requested services are additional. All charges are disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment.

Mobile Travel Fees
Up to 10 miles: $50
11–20 miles: $65
21–30 miles: $85
31–40 miles: $105
Over 40 miles: Custom quote
Travel fees must be agreed upon before the appointment. Parking and tolls, when applicable, are quoted separately.
Military Discount: Active-duty service members, veterans, and military retirees receive 10% off the travel fee.
